Ink on map, and geography becomes face: Ed Fairburn’s portraits

Ed Fairburn is an artist from Cardiff, Wales, and his works are awesome. Even more for someone, like me, who has a fetish for maps (at this point I have them everywhere, from the Ireland’s ones to the random Strasbourg one; all waiting for me to decide what to do).

He explores the maps through ink lines and surely sees something more than us in their geography. I’d like to see with his eyes.
